  2. To teach the CHPs how to report jigger cases using e-CHIS
  3. To give an overview of JICA-NUITM activities through reading the newsletter.
  4. To teach the CHPs how to report jigger cases in the e-CHIS.
  5. To distribute branded gumboots to the CHPs as an IEC material.
  6. To discuss the Previous action days and set dates that would later enable JICA-NUITM to attend.
  7. To administer a score sheet that would determine the progress of each Community Unit

The meetings were successfully done as scheduled by JICA-NUITM and the MOH.

Improvements

  • JICA-NUITM saw a progressive improvement in the CHPs in the report writing MOH 514.
  • Most of the CHAs had their documents well filed thus finding 515 was easy
  • The CHP and CHA attendance at these meetings was good thus mobilization was well done by the MOH.

Challenges

  • Action days were still not coming out as well executed across all the community units.
