We invite you to submit your symposium and general presentations.

【Application Method】

How to register: Abstract submissions for this meeting will be accepted via the UMIN system. Please register from the button at the bottom of this page.

*Abstract registration alone does not constitute registration for participation. Please be sure to complete separate registration procedures for participation (Scheduled to start around early August).

【Symposium Presentations】

Symposia are limited to those accepted through prior public recruitment. Each presenter of a symposium for which the organizer has received an acceptance notification is requested to register themselves and their abstract via the registration screen below (Symposia)

【General Presentations】

[･ Presentation Format]

General presentations will primarily be poster presentations. Some abstracts, for which broader discussion is desired, will be selected for oral presentation by the Programme Committee. There are two types of oral presentations. Please indicate on the registration screen if you wish to be considered for an oral presentation. Please note that your preferences are for reference only, and the final decision regarding the presentation format will be made by the Programme Committee based on the submitted abstract content and its relevance to symposium topics. Oral presentation sessions (presentation format (2)) are planned to cover a wide range of themes that do not overlap with symposia(Symposia).

[･ Eligibility]

The first author of a general presentation must be a member of the Japanese Society for Tropical Medicine. Non-members are requested to complete the new membership procedures below. Membership of the society is not required for co-authors.

Research presented must be conducted in the spirit of philanthropy, adhering to the Declaration of Helsinki, standards for the care and keeping of laboratory animals and the reduction of suffering, and experimental and research guidelines and standards established by each facility or specialized research field. It must also have received approval from an ethics committee or be content that does not require approval.
