Presentation Guidelines
Important Notice for Presenters- Please disclose any conflicts of interest (COI).
- Ensure informed consent, anonymization, and transparency in COI disclosures.
- Confirm compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki and relevant regulations/guidelines, and verify that your study has received approval from an ethics committee, or that such approval is not required.
Oral presentation
- Please submit your slide file(s) at the “Slide Registration” desk located at the entrance of the Commemoration Hall no later than 60 minutes before the start of your session. Submission should be made using a USB flash drive. Please include your presentation number and presenter name in the PowerPoint file name. (e.g., S1-01_Yoshida.ppt or S1-01_Yoshida.pptx).
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your presentation starts and wait at the seat allocated for the next speaker.
- Presentations will be operated on Windows 11 with PowerPoint 2019-2024. Generally, personal laptops will not be accepted.
- Each presentation time is 6 minutes, followed by 4 minutes for discussion.
- Please follow the instructions and keep within the time limit. Three bells will be used as signals: the 1st bell, 1 minute before the end of the talk; the 2nd bell, at the end of the presentation time; and the 3rd bell, 1 minute after the time limit.
- Each presenter is responsible for operating their own slides during the presentation.
Poster presentation
- Presenters are requested to confirm their Poster presentation number and mount their poster on the designated panel. (Poster presentation numbers will be prepared and attached to each panel by the Secretariat.)
The Poster presentation numbers are listed in the “Presentation Number List” below.
>> Presentation Number List (PDF) - Please take note of the panel size shown in the Figure below and ensure that your poster fits within the designated space. In addition, please prepare a title sheet (including the presentation title, presenter’s name, and affiliation) no larger than 20cm (height) × 70cm (width), and display it at the top of the panel.
- Posters should be mounted by 13:30 on November 29 and removed by 17:30 on November 30.

- Posters not removed by the designated time will be discarded by the organizers.
- The poster session will be conducted in a free discussion format. Presenters are kindly requested to stand by their posters at the designated session time.
