Registration Information

Note: This is the pre-registration form for participants other than symposium organizers, chairs, and speakers.
Symposium organizers, chairs, and speakers should not register through this form. Separate instructions will be provided by the organizer—please follow those instructions to complete your registration.

How to Register in Advance

Participants of the conference are kindly requested to complete and submit the registration form by clicking the "Registration" button at the bottom of this page.
All presenters are required to complete the registration in advance.

Reception

We are pleased to invite you to the conference reception as detailed below. We warmly encourage your participation.
If you wish to attend the reception, please indicate your participation in the conference registration form.
The reception will feature a traditional dragon dance performance by the Nagasaki University Ja-odori Club.
Date & Time : Saturday, November 29, 2025, 18:30 - 20:00
Venue : Co-op Cafeteria in Sakamoto Campus, Nagasaki University

Lunch Information

As there are limited dining options around the venue, the following lunch options will be available:

  • November 29
    The university Co-op cafeteria will be open.
    Opening hours: 11:30–13:00 (last order)
  • November 30
    As the Co-op cafeteria will be closed, participants may pre-order a lunch box.
    If you would like to order one, please indicate your preference in the registration form and complete the payment in advance.
    ※Please not that only participants who have completed both the order and payment will receive a lunch box.

Registration and Party fee as follows.
Please note that bank transfers must be made in Japanese yen.
From Saturday, October 25 onward, only onsite registration with cash payment at the conference venue will be accepted.

  • A copy of your registration details will be sent to you immediately via an automatic confirmation email.
  • The total amount due will also be sent to you shortly in a separate email. Please check both emails and complete your payment promptly.
    Please note: If you do not receive the email with the total amount, it may have been directed to your spam/junk mail folder. Please kindly check there as well.
  • If you need to make any changes to your registration, please use the “Edit your response” link provided in the automatic confirmation email (Google Form). Once your changes have been submitted, you will receive an updated payment notice. Please review this notice and complete your payment promptly.
  • If you plan to attend the reception, we would appreciate it if you could register in advance to assist us with our preparations.
  • Please note that participation fees, reception fees, and lunch box fees that have already been paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If you have any questions, please contact the Administration Office for the meeting.

Notices

  • Your registration will be considered complete only after the registration fee has been received. Please keep the payment receipt (or a screenshot of the payment confirmation screen) in a safe place and bring it with you on the day of the conference.
  • Bank transfer fees must be covered by the sender.
  • If your payment is not received by October 24 (Fri), your registration will be processed as on-site registration, and you will not be eligible for the advance registration discount.
  • Payments made after the advance payment deadline must be completed at the venue on the day of the conference. Please note that only cash payments in Japanese yen will be accepted on-site. Credit cards cannot be used.
  • If you are currently living overseas and unable to make the payment, please complete the registration form first and then contact us regarding payment arrangements.

Program and Abstract

The program and abstract book will be available on the conference website.
※Please note that printed copies will not be distributed at the venue. We kindly ask participants to download and print the materials in advance if necessary.

Name Badge

Name badges will be distributed at the venue on the day of the conference.
Please always wear your name badge while inside the venue.

Receipt / Participation Certificate

The receipt and certificate of participation will be attached to the name badge.
Please note that they cannot be reissued under any circumstances.

※Wi-Fi Access (eduroam)

Eduroam internet access will be available throughout the venue.
Please note that you will need to log in using the credentials provided by your home institution. We kindly ask that you verify your ID and password in advance and ensure that your device can connect before attending the conference.
