This workshop consists of a series of lectures and hands-ons using R programming software. Participants are required to bring a notebook computer (Windows or Mac) and perform the following before the day of the workshop.
- Workshop materials can be download here. It contains a Guide to install R and RStudio, a prerequirement R script, and lecture slides. (contact chrisng[a]nagasaki-u.ac.jp for password)
- Please follow the instructions in the Guide to install R and RStudio.
- Make sure you are able to execute all the codes in the prerequirement.R script. (Internet connection is needed).
- If you encounter problem, please come early to the workshop (8:00am) to get help from the assistants.
- The R scripts for data analysis practical (session 2.1 and 3.1) can be downloaded here (contact chrisng[a]nagasaki-u.ac.jp for password).
