“PHASE and Sakura Science Joint Planetary Health SYMPOSIUM” conducted on Sep 11, 2023 at 1:30pm

We will invite researchers and students from Kenya, Africa, and conduct a symposium on the theme of solving problems through new innovations from the perspective of planetary health, looking at the commonalities between the remote islands of Nagasaki and the marginal regions of Kenya.
The symposium will be fascinating in terms of planetary health practice and its expansion into Africa including presentations on “Remote Medicine”, “Offshore power,” “Aquaculture,” and “Drone delivery” in the Goto Islands, which have a close relationship with Nagasaki University, as well as presentations from Kenya.
We sincerely look forward to seeing everyone who is interested in what is happening now not only in Africa but also in the Nagasaki prefecture.
