In vitro cultured trophozoites of Tritrichomonas foetus were dropped on a slide glass, dried, fixed, and stained with Giemsa’s solution. The trophozoites had four flagella (three anterior flagella and a posterior flagellum) and an undulating membrane. Division stage of this protozoan parasite were observed frequently. There were also multinucleated trophozoites and increasing number of flagella. A large number of vacuoles may be observed depending on the culture conditions. The bar indicated as 20 μm.
