P. falciparum in erythrocytic stage was cultured with synchronization method. The cultured parasites were applied on glass slide, fixed, and stained with Giemsa’s solution. Most of them were ring-form, but trophozoites and others were rarely observed. Multiple infected blood cells were observed frequently. Bar indicated as 20 μm.
