How to Advance Registration

All presenters must complete Advanced Registration.

Reception

We will have a reception as follows.
Please check the on the application form to paticipate in the reception.
Date & Time : Saturday, November 10, 18:30 - 20:00
Venue : Co-op Cafeteria in Sakamoto Campus, Nagasaki University

Abstract journal

"Abstract journal" fee is included in registration fees and you will receive it on registration counter.

Participate certificate

You will receive a paticipate certificate on registration counter. Please make sure to wear your paticipate certificate at all times during the meeting.

Receipt

A receipt for those fees will be attached to a paticipate certificate.
