Early registration

How to do the Early Registration

For registration please click the button at the bottom line of this page,
you must fill the application form and send.

Important: All presenters must complete Early Registration.

Early registration period：November 1, 2018(Thu) ～ January 31, 2019(Thu)
We closed the early registration.

After this period, only on-site registration will be accepted.

Welcome Reception

The organizing committee prepare a welcome reception as follows:
Date & Time : Friday, March 15, 19:00 - 21:00
Venue : Nisshokan shinkan Baishokaku (Room:Tsurukamenoma)
Transportation: a bus will be available between Sakamoto campus and Nisshokan, free of charge

Recipient information for bank transfer:

• Please pay participation and/or reception fee at the same time as you register.
• We strongly recommend early registration for the participants of reception.
• If you want to change the previous application, please send us by E-mail to our office.
• No refunds will be provided once you paid for the participation or party fee.

We closed the early payment.

Remarks

• Please burden bank transfer fee at your expense.
• Early registration will be completed by payment.
  Without payment by Jan. 31th(Thu), you cannot receive early registration discount.
• Only Japanese yen (JPY/cash) will be accepted for the payment.

Conference book

Conference book fee is included in the registration fee and you will receive it at the registration counter.

Certificate of Attendance

You will receive a name badge as your certificate of attendance at the registration counter. Please make sure to wear your name badge at all times during the meeting.

Receipt

A receipt of your registration and/or reception fee will be attached to your certificate of attendance (name badge).
