【March 13, 2019】: [Information for the Reception Party (Transfer Bus)]
The reception party will be held on March 15th (Fri), and we will operate a shuttle bus between the venue of the conference and the reception party.
After the last session of each venue (1st bus will leave after the finish of last session of venue C (which will be the earliest)), the buses will depart from the front of the Commemoraion Hall (reception desk / venue A).
The return route of the shuttle bus from Nisshokan (the venue of reception party) after the reception party, the bus will come back to the venue of conference (Nagasaki University, Sakamoto campus) after stop at the Chuobashi, and Nagasaki station..
* Before you will go to the reception party, please pick up your luggage from Cloak..
(The closing time of Cloak will be 18:30. And after the time, you cannot pick up your luggage by next morning.)
